By accessing or using the AAFE Integration Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your dental practice or organization, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

The AAFE Integration Platform is a practice management and coaching tool designed exclusively for dental professionals who have completed training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. The Platform provides:

• A structured 9-module integration roadmap for adding injectable services to a dental practice
• An AI-powered Practice Coach that provides guidance based on AAFE training content
• Proactive SMS coaching messages sent to practice owners and team members
• Integration with InjectChart for case logging and certification tracking
• Integration with the AAFE Learning Management System (LMS) at community.facialesthetics.org
• The AAFE Practice Certified Program tracking dashboard

Access to the Platform is limited to dental practices and their team members who have enrolled in or completed AAFE training programs. AAFE reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access for any account that does not meet eligibility requirements.

This section governs your consent to receive SMS text messages from American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is required for 10DLC compliance under CTIA guidelines.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from American Academy of Facial Esthetics at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:

• AI Practice Coach coaching messages and milestone notifications
• Module completion reminders and task prompts
• Team training session reminders
• Certification milestone alerts and second-pillar confirmation messages
• Platform updates and important account notifications

Messaging frequency is variable. You may receive up to two (2) SMS messages per day depending on your activity level on the Platform.

To opt out: Text STOP to any message you receive from us at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS messages may limit your access to certain Platform features, including proactive AI Coach coaching.

Standard message and data rates may apply. AAFE is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AAFE.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify AAFE immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. AAFE will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or AAFE training status
• Use the AI Coach to obtain or provide medical advice outside the scope of AAFE training content

The AI Practice Coach is an educational tool designed to support the integration of injectable services based on AAFE training content. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical training, or the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. The AI Coach:

• Operates exclusively within the scope of AAFE training materials and the 9-module integration program
• Does not provide clinical diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice
• May not have knowledge of the most recent clinical guidelines or regulatory changes
• Generates responses based on pattern recognition and may occasionally produce inaccurate information

You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made in your practice. AAFE expressly disclaims any liability for clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on AI Coach responses.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to training materials, module content, scripts, videos, the AI Coach knowledge base, and the AAFE brand assets, is the exclusive property of American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of AAFE.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

During the beta program period, eligible AAFE-trained practices receive full Platform access at no charge for twelve (12) months from the date of account creation. After the beta period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate. AAFE will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice before any billing begins.

AAFE reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

AAFE may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that AAFE believes is harmful to other users, AAFE, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AAFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF AAFE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

AAFE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an SMS or email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
